Our Floral Rental Process is Simple:
Browse our collections and select your favorite pieces.
Complete our rental inquiry form under the EXPLORE TAB.
We’ll contact you to go over your rental details and answer any questions.
If you're local, you’re welcome to visit our showroom to see the florals in person.
Once everything is finalized, we’ll send your contract and collect your deposit.
Your florals will be ready for pickup 3 days before your event. If shipping is required, your order will arrive 3 business days prior.
Enjoy your beautiful flowers on your special day!
After your event, return your rentals within 2–3 days. If shipped, please mail them back within 2 days.
Please do not modify or add anything to our floral arrangements, bouquets, or other rental items. You may wrap your bouquet with an additional ribbon or a piece of your wedding dress if desired. We kindly ask that these items be removed before the bouquet is shipped back to us. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Linens are provided through an external vendor that charges a flat fee of $85.00 for delivery, pickup, and cleaning. This fee is the responsibility of the renter and applies regardless of the quantity of linens ordered. Delivery and pickup are always on Wednesdays, so linens are not available until Thursday for event pickup and must be delivered back to Petals & Stems Co, by Tuesday at 5pm. Linen rentals are available for local rentals only and cannot be shipped.
