Delivery, Decor Set-up &  Floral Placement

Our Delivery , Decor Set-up & Floral Placement Service includes delivery of all rented florals, along with professional placement of the floral and décor rentals provided by Petals & Stems Co. at your venue. Our team carefully installs items such as centerpieces, entrance sign arrangements, aisle meadows, aisle markers, arch florals, and other rented floral décor to ensure everything is beautifully styled according to your design plan.

Final pricing is based on the delivery location, the scope of the setup, and whether a room flip is required during your event.  Please note that this service does not include full venue setup or tear-down. We only provide tabletop styling when the tabletop design has been created by Petals & Stems Co. using décor and florals rented through Petals & Stems Co.  A day-of coordinator, venue staff, or another designated individual will be responsible for all breakdown, repacking, and preparing rental items for return. All rental items must be returned to Petals & Stems Co. within two days following your event.
